For this branding project, I wanted to convey my personal style with a monogram logo design. The series includes my stationery, website, and mockups to showcase its versatility and demonstrate my ability to create logos for not just companies, but people as well.

Sketches

To begin the process, I started with a series of monogram logo sketches that I felt aligned with my personal brand. Each one I made slightly different in order to provide variety.

Digital Drafts

Narrowing down design ideas from my sketches, I chose 3 variations that I felt would work best as a personal logo.

Color Palette

The color palette for this design was an urban style of black and gray, with a strong orange contrast color.

Typography

For the typography, I chose two fonts that provided not only design that worked for the brand, but was also not too aggressive (like the sketches) and easy to read.

New logo update

Business Card Mockup

As seen in the mockup, the monogram logo works well alone as well as when attached to my name and work. The black and orange are bold enough to capture attention and are easy to read.

Print Deliverables

Along with the business card, the logo works well as a header for a resume and as a design on a business envelope.

Branding mockup

Not only is the logo designed for print, but can also easily transfer to digital prints for websites, and gear. It is versatile and scalable.
